Construction crews have started pipeline installation activities on Faraday Avenue east of College Boulevard and are continuing toward Rutherford Drive. Trench work along this section of Faraday Avenue will extend east of Rutherford Drive beginning next Tuesday, June 17. Additionally, crews will begin digging the tunnel access points on Faraday Avenue at Rutherford Drive in three weeks.

On Tuesday, June 17, traffic east of Rutherford Drive will be moved to the north side of Faraday Avenue as pipeline installation moves to the south side of the street. To ensure safety in and around the work area, Faraday Avenue will continue to be limited to one lane of traffic in each direction. Also, during this time, a limited number of driveways on the south side of Faraday Avenue will be closed as crews make their way east. Access to businesses will be maintained at all times through alternative driveways.
